It’s 5 AM in New York and out of the blue Michael Lohan has taken to his twitter account for another round of babble.

I just don’t understand
I’m not an evil guy – I love my family, and do my best as a father
again – I HAVE NOTHING TO PROMOTE! how am I a “sell-out” & a “famewhore” when I was only trying to pressure my daughter into getting help?
I ADMIT, I could have went about things a different way, a totally different way. and for that I could never forgive myself
but sadly the only way I can get her attention is through the media.. @lindsaylohan I am very very sorry, words can’t even begin to describe
the guilt & shame that I’m dealing with – I DONT BLAME YOU for hating me for my thoughtless actions recently,
it kills me that I hurt my kids, I just want what’s best for linds, everyone around her came to me expressing their fears for my daughter
the lies must stop, the truth shall set you free – I love you

6:30 AM and Michael is still going at it:

I think we all should take a moment, and say a prayer
May god bless us, that we wake another day, I pray for my family, bless us with health, and courage to overcome these tough battles
