Andrew Lloyd Webber Rushed Back to Hospital

After undergoing surgery for prostate cancer, Andrew Lloyd Webber is back in the hospital due to an infection.

“Andrew has been re-admitted to hospital following his operation for prostate cancer,” a statement on his Web site reads.

“He has been advised that while the operation was entirely successful, he has developed a post-operative “chronic infection” which needs immediate treatment,” the statement continues.

A friend of the 61-year-old says Webber is upset with the turn of events. “Andrew is fed up and just wants to be back at home, but it is not too serious.”
