Anna Nicole Smith was so heavily affected by her alleged drug habit, she was convinced her pregnancy was a case of bad gas!

In a shocking tape submitted to Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, Smith tells lawyer and former lover Howard K. Stern, who shot the footage in 2006, she isn’t expecting a baby – despite displaying a prominent bump.

Smith gave birth to daughter Dannielynn in September, 2006, just months before she died of an accidental drug overdose in 2007.

The video was shown as evidence against Stern, and medics Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who are all accused of illegally supplying the late model/actress with strong prescription drugs in the run up to her death.

The case is set to go to trial after Judge Robert J. Perry ruled there is enough evidence against the three defendants to try them before a jury.

The defendants will return to court on 11 December.

Howard K. Stern To Stand Trial

A California judge on Friday ordered the boyfriend and two doctors of former Playboy model and actress Anna Nicole Smith to stand trial on charges of fueling her addiction to prescription drugs.

Smith, whose life as a fashion model, television star and young wife of an elderly oil billionaire was fodder for tabloids and celebrity magazines, died from a prescription drug overdose in February 2007 at age 39.

Her longtime boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, is charged with 11 felony counts, including dispensing a controlled substance to an addict and obtaining a prescription for opiates by deceit.

Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor each face six felony counts, including unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance to an addict.

All three face charges of conspiracy to commit a crime.

Stern, Eroshevich and Kapoor have pleaded not guilty. Each faces more than five years in prison if convicted.

Documents: Anna Nicole Smith’s Doctors Were Warned

A Los Angeles pharmacist told Anna Nicole Smith’s internist that the drugs the internist prescribed to the model after her son died were “pharmaceutical suicide,” according to unsealed documents written by state officials.

Smith’s doctors were warned about prescription drugs by three pharmacists, according to unsealed affidavits obtained Monday by the Los Angeles Times.

The pharmacist refused to fill the prescriptions and later recalled thinking, “They are going to kill her with this.”

The documents are part of an investigation of the role that Smith’s doctors, psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor, had in her overdose death in February 2007.

The physicians and Smith’s boyfriend and attorney Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty May 13 to conspiring to illegally provide her with controlled substances. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month.

In court papers filed last week, prosecutors said they plan to call the model’s bodyguard and Larry Birkhead, the father of her daughter, Dannielynn, as witnesses.

The documents also cite evidence that both physicians crossed professional boundaries by having sexual contact with their famous patient. Calls to attorneys representing Eroshevich and Kapoor were not immediately returned Monday.

This is classic, they are giving her any drug she wants in any quantity so they can continue having sex with her. Of of these doctors were female and thee are reported photos in evidence of her and Anna romping in the tub.

The first request for drugs for the former Playboy Playmate came five days after her son died and asked for two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, a muscle relaxer, an anti-inflammatory drug and four bottles of a strong painkiller.

All this under the watchful eye of her good hanger on friend Howard Stern. Your a TOOL Howard
