She was one of the original supermodels: an icon whose natural beauty was ubiquitous on magazine covers and billboards in the Eighties and Nineties.

And now Cindy Crawford has admitted she used Botox to enhance her looks.

The 43-year-old mother of two, who has always denied having ‘proper’ plastic surgery. And to boot she goes to London to have it done.

She admitted,

‘There’s a doctor here in London who I’ve gone to for Botox. I did a whole skincare line with him. But I haven’t done Botox for ten years. And I didn’t do collagen, I don’t think.’

Miss Crawford, also revealed:

‘Because people have such expectations of what they are going to find when they see me, that brings added pressure to fight the ageing process.’

Yes Cindy people expect so much from you that you need to fly to London for Botoz!

Crawford And Gerber Caught Up In Extortion Plot

Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber have been caught up in an international extortion scandal over a controversial photo of their young daughter.

The model reportedly paid the acquaintance of a former nanny $1,000 to keep the snap of her daughter bound to a chair in revealing clothing away from the media and Internet, but when Edis Kayalar was deported to his native Germany he blamed the celebrity couple for his troubles and demanded more cash.

At that point Crawford and Gerber informed the FBI, who are now investigating the case, according to TMZ.com.

The model’s representatives insist the controversial photo at the centre of the extortion plot was taken by the nanny during a game of cops and robbers, without Crawford’s knowledge.

A statement released on behalf on the couple reads, “A criminal complaint was filed today in federal court in Los Angeles by the U.S. Attorney’s office and the FBI stating that Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford have been the victims of an on-going extortion scheme. This crime has been committed by Edis Kayalar, an acquaintance of a former nanny employed by the family.

“Mr. Kayalar threatened to sell an image taken of the couple’s then-seven-year-old daughter. There was no previous awareness by Mr. Gerber and Ms. Crawford of the existence of the photograph when they were contacted by Mr. Kayalar. The photo was taken by the former nanny as part of a purported game without the knowledge of the parents.

“The couple reported the extortion threat to the police and the FBI began a criminal investigation in the matter. Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford intend to pursue any and all available legal action against anyone who aids the perpetrator in the distribution or sale of the photograph of their daughter.”

WTF? That’s some sick shit to involve a child like that. Throw the book at this crazy nut!

Crawford ‘Too Healthy’ For Today’s Fashion Industry

Original supermodel Cindy Crawford is adamant she wouldn’t have hit the bigtime if she was strutting the runways today – because she doesn’t have the modern fashion world’s ideal physique.

The American beauty was part of a select group of models who took the fashion industry by storm in the 1990s and became a celebrity in her own right.

Crawford was famed for her tanned, toned body and voluptuous curves – but she insists she wouldn’t be hired by designers now because she looks too “healthy”.

She tells German publication Bunte,

“I would not have become a supermodel in 2009. I look too healthy.

“(Not with) a body like mine with big breasts, normal thighs and toned upper arms.”

The 43 year old reveals the iconic beauty spot on her left cheek has changed appearance in recent years, and she regularly gets it looked at by doctors to ensure she remains healthy.

She says,

“It’s not something I really like to talk about. But I do now get this and all my moles checked every year as a matter of course. Of course it is an issue we all have to take seriously.”
