Lindsay Lohan Smashed In The UK Tour Dates

‘Heroes’ Star Adrian Pasdar Charged With DUI

‘Heroes’ actor Adrian Pasdar has officially been charged with DUI following his arrest last month in L.A., TMZ reports.

The actor was pulled over on January 27 after cops clocked him going 90 MPH on the 405 Freeway. He was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI after he refused to take a breathalyzer and held him on $15,000 bail.

Pasdar is due back in court on February 24 and faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Pasdar plays Senator Nathan Petrelli on ‘Heroes’ and has been married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines for nine years.

Back in January, police say Pasdar was swerving all over the freeway and “failing to maintain his lane.” When police finally pulled him over, sources told TMZ that the cops detected the odor of alcohol and gave the 44-year-old actor a field sobriety test.

Rip Torn Stranger Than Fiction

Rip Torn was arrested on Friday night for an alleged break-in attempt at a Connecticut bank, the state police department confirmed.

According to a statement from state police, the actor, whose real name is Elmore Torn, was charged with carrying a firearm without a permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree burglary, first-degree trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief following an alleged forced entry at a Litchfield Bancorp building in Salisbury, Conn.

His alleged break-in set off an alarm at approximately 9:42 PM and he was arrested shortly thereafter when troopers from Connecticut State Police Troop B arrived on the scene.

Police further stated that Torn was in possession of a loaded revolver at the time of the arrest.

He was held on a $100,000 bail and is scheduled for a February 1 court date.

The arrest was not his first — he has faced a number of DUI charges, including a December 2008 arrest that produced a now infamous, wild-haired mug shot.

The Oscar-nominated actor, best known for his role as Artie on “The Larry Sanders Show,” has most recently appeared on screen on NBC’s “30 Rock” as Don Geiss, the boss of Jack Donaghy (Alec Baldwin), and in the films “Happy Tears” and “August.”

Chris Jericho Arrested For Public Intoxication

Professional wrestler Chris Jericho was arrested in Kentucky on Wednesday after he was found to be “extremely intoxicated” in public.

Jericho, who fronts the heavy metal band Fozzy, and fellow wrestler Greg Helms were taken into custody in Kenton County after cops apprehended the duo for “alcohol intoxication in a public place”, reports TMZ.com.

The wrestlers were released on $120 bond each

Bad boys! At least they weren’t driving.

Heroes Actor Adrian Pasdar Booked For DUI In LA

“Heroes” TV actor Adrian Pasdar has been arrested for allegedly driving drunk and veering across lanes on a West Los Angeles freeway.

A California Highway Patrol report says Pasdar was pulled over shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday after officers saw his Ford F-150 truck doing 94 mph and straddling two lanes on Interstate 405.

The 44-year-old actor was booked for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department says he was taken to county jail and released at about 8:30 a.m. on $15,000 bail.

I have no sympathy for the drunk drivers, throw the book at this TOOL!

Drunk Rodman Booted From Eatery

On the same day as the premiere of the new season of “Celebrity Rehab,” Dennis Rodman was drinking vodka in an O.C. restaurant … and eventually had to be escorted out by police.

It all went down Thursday — law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Rodman was drinking at a restaurant called Waterfalls inside the Atrium Hotel. We’re told cops were called after several patrons complained about Rodman’s behavior.

Sources at the restaurant say Rodman had at least one vodka drink before cops were called.

When police arrived, Rodman was cooperative with the officers and eventually agreed to leave without further incident.

The new season of “Celebrity Rehab” — of which Rodman is a part — premiered Thursday night.

Comedian Artie Lange Hospitalized

Comedian Artie Lange has been admitted to hospital in New Jersey suffering an undisclosed ailment.

Lange, who is a regular on Howard Stern’s radio show, was taken to an unnamed medical facility on Saturday but has refused to disclose any details about his condition.

A representative for Lange says, “I can confirm that Artie is in the hospital. Artie has chosen to keep all information on this matter between him and his doctor. There will be no further comment.”

The funnyman had his driving license revoked for seven months in September after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. He told police he had a prescribed sleeping pill in his system when he was pulled over, and was ordered to serve 12 hours in an intoxicated driver resource program.

Artie is one of those people when the word comes down that they are dead you won’t be shocked! I hope he gets his shit together but he seems hell bent on self-destruction.

Lily Allen Vows To Not Get Drunk On Stage Anymore

Lily Allen no longer feels the need to get drunk onstage.

The British singer says she’s trying her best to be more ladylike, so she has given up drinking cans of lager during her performances.

“When I started out, I’d drink four cans of cider on stage because I needed the confidence not to be judged,” Lily told Britain’s Grazia magazine.

“But getting off my head got me into trouble — I didn’t understand why I couldn’t be like Liam Gallagher just because I was a girl. Now I’m happy being more of a lady.”

What a crock of shit. She is a drunk, drunks drink. Everywhere! Standing by waiting for the next batch of photos to come in of Lily plastered onstage.

Shayne Lamas Is All Wet

Leave it to Shayne Lamas to do what she needs to do.

Two days ahead of her scheduled court appearance, the E! star pleaded Monday to a lesser charge of “wet reckless” in connection with last month’s DUI bust, L.A. City Attorney’s Office spokesman Frank Mateljan says.

Lamas was sentenced to three years’ probation and ordered to undergo alcohol education and complete the L.A. County Morgue program. (Alumni include Khloé Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan.)

The 24-year-old former Bachelor babe was also fined $300.

After being pulled over in Venice, Calif., on Nov. 15, Lamas admitted to displaying a “lack of judgment” for hitting the road after consuming one drink and publicly apologized to her fans.

Wet Reckless. WTF is that, never heard of it. Had to look it up.

“Wet reckless” can be substituted for driving under the influence when there’s a noninjury incident, though insurance companies treat it the same, and it counts as a DUI on a person’s record if he/she is convicted of another DUI within 10 years.

Seems like something California dreamed up for it’s celebrity drunks.
