Denise Richards Rekindles Love With Sambora?

Actress Denise Richards has revived her romance with ex-boyfriend Richie Sambora, according to reports.

The former Bond girl briefly dated rocker Sambora in 2006 following the breakdown of their marriages to actors Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear, respectively.

But they recently rekindled their relationship and have been dating for weeks, according to the National Enquirer.

A source tells the tabloid, “Denise and Richie never really stopped loving each other.”

The insider adds Richards and the Bon Jovi star have chosen to keep their reunion under wraps as their exes battle their own troubles in the press.

On Monday, actor Sheen is expected to begin a spell behind bars, connected to his Christmas Day altercation with wife Brooke Mueller in Aspen, Colorado, while Locklear was recently caught up in a hit-and-run case, stemming from an accident in April. The case was recently rejected due to lack of evidence.

Locklear’s Hit-and-run Case Is Rejected

Heather Locklear has been cleared over an alleged hit-and-run incident after officials rejected the case due to a lack of evidence.

The star was alleged to have been arrested and cited after failing to alert police about a collision with a road sign in Westlake Village, California last month.

Ventura County Sheriff’s Department officials responded to calls of a one-vehicle crash and discovered a car had mounted a curb and knocked over a ‘no parking’ post.

The investigation led deputies to Locklear’s home nearby and they linked damage to her BMW to the collision, but her legal representative, Blair Berk, was adamant her client was not behind the wheel at the time of the crash.

And now the case has been thrown out by officials.

A statement from Ventura District Attorney Gregory D. Totten reads, “Physical evidence established that the vehicle involved in the collision was… registered to Richard and Heather Sambora of Westlake Village. Insufficient evidence exists to establish who the driver of the vehicle was at the time of the collision. As a result, no criminal charges will be filed.”

Locklear, who bought the BMW when she was married to Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora, is currently serving a three-year probation term after she pleaded no contest to reckless driving following a DUI arrest in 2008.

Lawyer: ‘Locklear Cited But Not Arrested’

Heather Locklear’s lawyer has clarified reports the actress was involved in a hit-and-run incident with a road sign on Saturday, insisting she was not driving the car and was “never taken into custody”.

The Melrose Place star was alleged to have been arrested and cited after failing to alert police about a collision with a post in Westlake Village, California early on Saturday morning.

Ventura County Sheriff’s Department officials responded to calls of a one-vehicle crash and discovered a car had mounted a curb and knocked over a ‘no parking’ sign.

The investigation led deputies to Locklear’s home nearby and they linked damage to her BMW to the collision, according to TMZ.com.

Locklear’s legal representative, Blair Berk, confirms the actress received a citation for the incident, but is adamant her client was not behind the wheel at the time of the crash.

Berk tells TMZ.com,

“Ms. Locklear was cited with a misdemeanor traffic ticket as she is the registered owner of the vehicle. She was never taken into custody.

“The matter is still being looked into as it is not yet clear who was driving the vehicle.”

I’m betting she probably had a load on!

Locklear Rep Denies Split From Wagner

A representative for Heather Locklear has dismissed reports the actress has split from boyfriend Jack Wagner.

U.S. tabloid reports earlier this month suggested the blonde had parted ways with her former Melrose Place co-star, who she has dated since early 2007, because she wanted to spend more time with her 12-year-old daughter Ava.

However, the star’s spokesperson insists the rumors are just speculation, telling UsMagazine.com that the pair “have not split”.

Last year Locklear denied reports she was engaged to the actor/singer after she was spotted sporting a diamond ring.

Report: Sandra & Jesse Shopping for Lawyers

According to TMZ sources, Sandra Bullock and Jesse James‘ reps have been researching divorce lawyers.

TMZ reports Sandra’s reps have been contacting several upscale divorce lawyers.

Their insiders say Lance Spiegel is the top choice. He was in charge of the divorces for Charlie Sheen, Heather Locklear and Michael Jackson.

TMZ also reports that Jesse’s reps have contacted lawyers asking them “if they’d be interested in taking the case” if Sandra files because Jesse will not initiate the divorce.

It’s unknown whether a divorce petition will be filed, but a TMZ source said, “Something’s happening.”

Ava Sambora’s Runway Debut

Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora’s3 12 year-old daughter Ava made her catwalk debut last night modeling for the White Trash Beautiful show during Los Angeles Fashion Week.

The line was started by Richie Sambora and designer Nikki Lund. Ava walked down the runway to Bon Jovi’s Livin’ on a Prayer.

Is it me or does 12 years old modeling a line called White Trash seem a little inappropriate?

Locklear Not Approached For T.J. Hooker Reunion

Heather Locklear has brushed off rumors she’s set to star in a planned big screen revival of 1980s TV cop drama T.J. Hooker, insisting producers haven’t approached her about starring in a remake.

The U.S. series, produced by TV mogul Aaron Spelling, premiered in 1982 with Locklear starring opposite William Shatner’s title character – and now it’s set for a modern makeover as creator Rick Husky oversees its transition as producer.

But Locklear admits she’s not reprising her role, explaining, ”

They haven’t asked me. I don’t think they’ve asked (former co-star) Adrian Zmed, but I’m sure William Shatner is willing to do it. I can’t see why (he would) not… Maybe (I’ll see the film) when it comes out on DVD or something.”

You sound bitter Heather!

Melrose Place Dad Tippit Dead At 76

MELROSE PLACE star WAYNE TIPPIT has died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, aged 76.

The veteran character actor played Palmer Woodward, the father of Heather Locklear’s character on the hit show, and was beloved as Ted Adamson in soap opera Search for Tomorrow.

He also played Agent Dan Shore in The Rockford Files and Leo Hackett in L.A. Law and portrayed Jerry Ames in U.S. soap opera The Secret Storm for six years.

Tippit, who received a lung transplant in 2000, died on 28 August of complications from emphysema.
