Alba Stops Fan Undergoing ‘Lookalike Surgery’

Jessica Alba has stopped a Chinese girl from undergoing cosmetic surgery after she revealed plans for a painful operation to make herself look more like the actress.

A 21 year old, known only as Xiaoqing, was willing to transform her looks in a desperate bid to win back her former boyfriend, whose favorite actress is Alba.

After surgeons in Shanghai offered to perform a cosmetic overhaul for free, a sickened Alba reached out to the girl and pleaded with her not to change her appearance

Alba told her,

“I think you should never have to change yourself like that. If somebody loves you, they’ll love you no matter what.”

And Alba’s appeal has worked – Xiaoqing has decided against surgery, and has thanked the Sin City star for making her change her mind.

She says,

“I think it’s great that Jessica is so concerned about me. Her words also played an important role in my decision.”

Jack Nicholson Eyes Date With Jessica Simpson

Actor Jack Nicholson has proved he’s still a ladies’ man – by asking buxom pop star Jessica Simpson on a date.

The Shining star has been linked to a number of actresses and models over the years, including Lara Flynn Boyle, Anjelica Huston and Michelle Phillips, and has fathered six children with different women.

But the Hollywood ladies man hasn’t slowed down since turning 73 last month – he’s reportedly invited 29-year-old singer Simpson to join him for an evening together.

Simpson, who declined the offer, tells Britain’s The Sun,

“I have no idea how Jack got my number as we’ve never met. He asked if I wanted to go to his Beverly Hills house for dinner.”

I love Jack! Jessica could have upped her game with a date with Jack. I’m guessing he read John Mayer’s comments and wanted to take a ride on the Jessica train.

Jessica Alba: “I Plan” on Adopting

Jessica Alba’s 21-month-old daughter, Honor Marie, may have a little sibling sometime soon.

While taping a guest appearance on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (to air this Sunday), the actress, 28, said she was “totally inspired” by a family who adopted 13 children but where living in a trailer.

“I’m totally inspired. If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it,”

she says.

“My mom grew up around a huge family, and they always wanted more kids, and I was like, ‘Why don’t you just adopt?’”

adds Alba.

Alba — who quietly wed producer Cash Warren at the Beverly Hills courthouse in May 2008 — has always said she wants more children.

“We’’ll have a few [kids] – three or four,”

she said.

Jessica Alba Slams Rumors That Her Husband Hooked Up With Lindsay Lohan

Jessica Alba is shutting down rumors from last November that her husband, Cash Warren, hooked up with Lindsay Lohan.

“Lindsay’s had to deal with this for so long. Everyone has to live their life, and that’s what people forget when you’re in this business… she’s really nice,”

Jessica told British Cosmopolitan in its March issue. “

We hang out and chat for hours about girl stuff.”

The 28-year-old actress said reports of a kiss between Cash and Lindsay were merely gossip – something that she doesn’t let bother her anymore.

“When people wrote lies about me before I had [my daughter] Honor, I’d get upset or I’d get nauseous or I’d get angry or I’d want revenge,” she explained. “Now, it’s like, it’s just so ridiculous and it’s not even close to being the truth.”

In fact, she told the mag that Cash and Lindsay are possibly working on a TV show together.

“My husband may do a TV show with [Lindsay] – ironically, about the ridiculousness of tabloids,”

she said.

They look so cute together, I guess a THREESOME is out of the question?

Actor Alex Meraz Attacks Lautner’s Valentine’s Day

Actor Alex Meraz has risked the wrath of his The Twilight Saga: New Moon co-star Taylor Lautner after posting a series of criticisms online, branding the teenager’s star-studded new movie Valentine’s Day “lame”.

Lautner stars alongside Hollywood heavyweights Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper and Jessica Alba in the romantic comedy, as well as his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift.

But Meraz is not impressed by the line-up and has attacked movie studio bosses for assembling such a headline-grabbing cast just to cash in at the box office.

In a series of tweets on his Twitter.com page on Thursday Meraz wrote:

“Sorry Taylor but the movie Valentine’s Day looks lame and desperate. It cries out, ‘look we have all the biggest starz in 1 movie pleez (sic) watch!’

“P.S. it has nothing to do with the talented actors in the movie. I just don’t like the producer & Director’s ‘get rich quick skeem’ (sic) nuff (enough) said.”

Meraz later realizes his comments might cause some controversy and takes to the social networking site to vow not to post similar outbursts in the future.

He adds,

“Talk about biting the hand that feeds me… I’ll be careful next time I spill twitter all over everyone.”

What a MORON!!! Sounds like a jealous baby!

Little Fockers Delayed

The third installment of Ben Stiller’s Meet The Fockers franchise has been stalled until December.

The new movie, tentatively titled Little Fockers, revisits the characters from the first two films and sees Stiller reprise his role alongside Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba and Owen Wilson.

The film was due for release in July but movie bosses have now pushed the launch date back until December 22 .

A representative for Universal, the studio behind the picture, has put the move down to scheduling conflicts – insisting a Christmas release will give the film a better chance of success at the box office.

Universal domestic distribution rep Nikki Rocco tells the Hollywood Reporter, “A year ago, the Christmas landscape wasn’t as clear.”

Rep Addresses Alba’s Theatre Walk-out

A representative has brushed off speculation Jessica Alba is disgusted by her violent new movie The Killer Inside Me, after the actress was spotted walking out of its screening.

Alba plays a prostitute who is bludgeoned by a psychotic killer in the upcoming thriller, which has come under fire from critics for its excessive gore.

And the 28 year old sparked rumors that even she couldn’t tolerate the bloody scenes after leaving a theatre halfway through a screening at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah on Sunday.

But her spokesperson insists Alba only left the cinema to catch a plane.

Her rep Brad Cafarelli explains,

“This rumor is silly and not accurate at all. Jessica had seen the final version of the film just prior to coming to Sundance and was pleased with the outcome. She came in to support the film and the filmmakers by introducing the screening, which she did, and left right after to get home to her family in L.A., as planned.”

Who the hell has a plane flight scheduled that they have to leave the screening of the movie they are there to promote? I call BULLSHIT on this one!

Clooney To Host Haiti Telethon

George Clooney is the latest celebrity to plead for help in raising funds for the Haitian earthquake relief effort – the actor will host a U.S. telethon later this month.

The Up in the Air star has reportedly partnered with MTV to host the show next Friday.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Clooney is urging his famous pals to appear on the telethon to aid in fund raising.

Stars including Ben Stiller, Jessica Alba, Shakira, Oprah Winfrey and Chris Martin have also called for people to lend their support to those left homeless after Tuesday’s disaster.

Jessica Alba And Little Fockers

Jessica Alba is set to join the cast of Little Fockers.

Joining the celebrated ranks of fellow Focker stars including Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Owen Wilson and Barbra Streisand, the actress is in talks to join the next installment of Ben Stiller’s Meet the Parents series, according Hollywood Reporter’s Risky Biz blog.

The actress, whose recent big screen comedic efforts include The Love Guru and Good Luck Chuck, would reportedly play a sexy pharmaceutical rep in the film, Little Fockers.

And we can only guess that she would be the cause of much embarrassment and physical anguish to Stiller’s hapless Greg Focker.
