Taylor Lautner Let’s Fame Go To His Head

Actor Taylor Lautner has filed a lawsuit against a trailer company for causing him “distress” after allegedly failing to deliver a vehicle on time.
The Twilight star claims he struck a deal with McMahon’s Rv to buy a personal trailer for approximately $300,000 so he could use it on the set of new movie Abduction.
But Lautner alleges the firm failed to deliver the vehicle by the agreed date of June 21st, causing him “emotional distress” and “annoyance”.
He is suing for breach of contract and fraud and is seeking unspecified damages.
Emotional distress because a trailer doesn’t arrive on time? Give me a fricking break. There are kids out there your age sleeping in deserts and sewage fighting wars and you have the balls to throw a hissy fit over a luxury trailer? What a TOOL!

Madonna Accused of ‘Material Girl’ Theft

A clothing company is taking legal action against Madonna, claiming the material girl has ripped off the “Material Girl” trademark.
L.A. Triumph, Inc. claims in a new lawsuit it’s been marketing “Material Girl” clothing since 1997, selling millions of bucks worth of threads under its trademark.
According to the documents, obtained by TMZ, Madonna, aka Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone, has jacked the name “Material Girl” for her junior clothing line Material Girl Brand — which launched this year.
L.A. Triumph wants a declaration from a federal judge that Madonna’s use of “Material Girl” creates “deception” in the marketplace.
In addition to the declaration, L.A. Triumph wants the judge
to order Madonna and her company to turn over all of the profits they’ve made from their clothing line.
Madonna’s rep had no comment.

The Hoff Attacked Me!

A woman claiming to ex-Baywatch hunk’s GF says she’s planning to sue DAVID HASSELHOFF for domestic abuse!
Yet The Hoff says he’s never even met her!
RadarOnline.com reports Shelly Thompson, who also reportedly goes by the nom de plume Shane Starlet, is alleging she was physically hassled by the Hoff and has hired a high-profile Hollywood attorney to prove it.
The woman says she began living with Hasselhoff in the summer of 2007.
But their relationship came to a sudden end nearly three weeks ago, when Thompson claims, he physically threw her out of his car onto the street.
“My mother and I were on our way down to San Diego with David for his Comic Con appearance,” Thompson said.
“He was drunk, we got in an argument and he pulled over on the side of the road and told us to, ‘Get the f*ck out!’”
According to Team Hoff, her tale is not true and some judges think it resembles nothing more than a good-old fashioned shakedown.
This ought to be good!

ESPN Reporter Erin Andrews Sues Hotel Chains Over Peeping Videotapes
Filed under: Dancing With The Stars,Erin Andrews,Legal Issues

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews, who was secretly videotaped nude while staying at hotels, filed a lawsuit Thursday against seven hotels and the suburban Chicago man who admitted making the tapes.
Andrews filed the suit against the hotels for negligence and invasion of privacy, about seven months after Michael David Barrett, of Illinois pleaded guilty in federal court in Los Angeles to interstate stalking.
Andrews’ lawsuit alleges the hotels confirmed where Barrett was staying and gave out her room number without her permission.
Andrews, who was recently a contestant on the ABC show “Dancing with the Stars,” is asking for more than $1.2 million from the hotels and Barrett for “severe and permanent emotional distress,” according to the complaint.
Barrett pleaded guilty in December to renting hotel rooms next to Andrews in three cities, altering the peepholes and shooting videos in two locations — in Columbus, Ohio, in February 2008 and in Nashville, Tennessee, seven months later. Prosecutors accused him of contacting 14 hotels asking for Andrews’ information.
He was accused of posting the videos online and trying to sell them to Los Angeles-based celebrity gossip site TMZ last year.
Barrett was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison in March.
Along with Barrett, the complaint named Marriott International Inc.; West End Hotel Partners LLC and Nashville Marriott At Vanderbilt University; Windsor Capital Group Inc.; Radisson Hotels International Inc.; Ashtel Inc. and Radisson Hotel Milwaukee Airport; Ohio State University and The Blackwell Inn; and Preferred Hotel Group Inc. and Summit Hotels & Resorts.
Marriott, Windsor, Preferred and Ohio State and the Nasville Marriott declined to comment. Ashtel and Radisson could not be reached.
It was not immediately clear who would be representing Barrett in the civil suit, and his defense attorney from the federal prosecution did not immediately return a call seeking comment Thursday night.
Andrews said she hoped the lawsuit would force the hotels to be more vigilant when they check in a guest.
“Although I’ll never be able to fully erase the impact that this invasion of privacy has had upon me and my family, I do hope that my experience will cause the hospitality industry to be more vigilant in protecting its guests from the time they reserve a hotel room until they check out,”
she said in a written statement.

A hearing has been scheduled for 3 January.

Former Spice Girl Mel B. Sued for Allegedly Attacking Real Estate Employee
Filed under: Dancing With The Stars,Legal Issues

Former Spice Girls singer Melanie “Mel B” Brown is being sued by a man who claims she physically attacked him after mistaking him for a paparazzo, entertainment website TMZ reported Monday.
Real estate worker Amado Aguirre said he was taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise last December, when he was intimidated and then set upon by Brown, her husband, Stephen Belafonte, and a member of their staff.
The $1.5 million lawsuit alleges that the trio broke Aguirre’s hand and caused neck and back injury, having confused him for a celebrity photographer.
He is seeking $1 million in punitive damages and a further $747,000 in lost earnings, medical expenses and general damages, TMZ reported.
Brown, 35, was given the nickname Scary Spice while performing with the Spice Girls because of her brash attitude and outrageous fashion sense. She now lives in Los Angeles and appeared in the fifth season of U.S. TV reality show “Dancing with the Stars“ in 2007.

The alleged victim also claims White slapped her and pushed her into a toilet at a home she shares with the actor.

A representative for White tells the website, “The incident never happened. This is just a ploy in an ongoing custody battle over their young daughter to tarnish his name.”

Shoe Store Suing Lindsay Lohan For $16,880.63 on Unpaid Shoe Bills
Filed under: Legal Issues,Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan concocted a diabolical, fraudulent plan to defraud an L.A. boutique out of thousands of dollars … according to a lawsuit that will be filed today.
TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit, in which Tough as Nails — a boutique that sells expensive clothes, jewelry, and accessories — claims Lindsay shopped at the store between November, 2009 and February, 2010.
According to the suit, Lindsay racked up a bill of $17,060.83 and convinced the owners her business manager would pay the bill. But much to the chagrin of the owners, Lindsay’s business manager paid a grand total of $180.
The suit, which will be filed in L.A. County Superior Court, alleges Lindsay “had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance.”
And there’s this — the suit claims the boutique owners relied on Lindsay’s “well known status as a movie actress with substantial income.” Wrong on both counts.
The owners say Lindsay committed premeditated fraud and are seeking the balance — $16,880.63 — plus interest and punitive damages.
Yes, we see the 20 cent differential — but that’s the way it appears in the lawsuit. Apparently, the shop is giving LiLo a credit.
No comment from Lindsay’s camp.
What a fucking loser. Who these days would even do business with this crazy bitch?
