Cabrera And Patridge Split?

Singer Ryan Cabrera has been booted out of The Hills after reportedly splitting from his reality TV star girlfriend Audrina Patridge.

Cabrera was reportedly invited to star on the hit MTV series after beginning a romance with Patridge in January.

The couple was said to have been spotted filming scenes for the show at several Hollywood hotspots in February, but a source says that the relationship has been called off.

Patridge has since been spotted partying solo in California, while Cabrera has attended a string of nights out, including Leona Lewis’ birthday bash, in Las Vegas.

The insider states,

“Ryan and Audrina are definitely not together right now. It’s still a touchy subject for her. Audrina’s not talking about it, but people were talking about it over the weekend.”

It is not known if the break-up will be played out in upcoming episodes of The Hills, which will be axed following its sixth season.

Leona Lewis In Gun Drama

Leona Lewis was left shaken and fearing for her life after being caught up in the middle of gun-wielding criminals.

Lewis, who was recently attacked at a book signing, was left “shaking like a leaf” after she stopped for coffee in Los Angeles with her manager and entourage and ended up in the midst of a police chase and arrest.

A friend claims Leona told them: “It was really frightening. One minute we were stopping for drinks, the next there was police and guns everywhere.

“It came completely out of the blue and was absolutely terrifying. I really thought the guys might start shooting. I was shaking like a leaf afterwards.”

The 24-year-old star and her team had stopped to visit a Starbucks coffee shop whilst on their way to Los Angeles’ LAX Airport.

The group had just pulled over when a car – which had been involved in a high-speed chase with police – screeched to a halt next to them and two men with handguns came running past. Nicola had just climbed out the vehicle and Leona was close behind her.

As the drama unfolded, the singer’s security team quickly forced her back into the car for her own safety.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “Two men brandishing guns jumped out of their car, right next to Leona’s. Armed cops, who had been in hot pursuit, captured them. But in the chaos bystanders were also sent flying.

“Leona had been locked in her car by her security team and had to watch as her manager was thrown on to the floor.”

The officers quickly arrested their suspects before briefly chatting with Leona. The singer then continued on her way to the airport and made her flight.

Damn Leona, it’s almost like your attracting trouble. Be careful!

My morning photo feed arrives this morning with Saturday’s highlights. As I look through it to see if there is anything interesting but it’s the same old crap.

You have Leona Lewis, Hilary Duff, and Arnold Schwarzenegger all leaving a restaurant, Miley Cyrus, Amber Valletta and a host of others out on shopping sprees, then there is this photo of Jennifer Garner:

I look at it puzzled trying to figure out what I’m looking at, so I bring up the caption with the photo and read this:

Amazing, here is a woman that is juggling an acting career while raising two beautiful children, herself, Lord knows there are enough pictures of her with the kids to thwart the “she leaves them with the nanny” bullcrap and she finds time on a Saturday to do volunteer work.

An amazing class act.

Leona Lewis Is Movin’ On Up

Although Leona Lewis has always insisted she wouldn’t move to the US full time she might find it hard to tear herself away from her latest property acquisition – a Tuscan-style villa in the California sunshine.

Its attractions include huge kitchen, sweeping staircase, pool with waterfall and hot tub, and parking for ten cars.

Not bad for a 24-year-old brought up on the mean streets of Hackney in East London.

Miss Lewis snapped up the property in September for a reported $3 Million, despite rumors that she was finding it hard to settle in the city where she is now based.

Last year she bought a modest $200,000.00 flat in Hackney which she had been renting with her long-term boyfriend, Lou Al-Chamaa.

The former receptionist’s new home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a separate guest wing across the tiled courtyard. There is also a family room, a dining room and an office.

Sounds to me like Leona had a good year!

Leona Lewis To Sing Avatar Theme Song

Leona Lewis has recorded the signature song for upcoming science fiction film, Avatar.

The 24-year-old X Factor winner performs the tune that will accompany the closing credits. It’s called I See You.

Lewis could find herself with a global hit on her hands considering the anticipation around the film.

James Horner and Simon Franglen – the men behind Celine Dion’s Titanic hit My Heart Will Go On – are also on board to produce the song.

Hey if it does 1/10th as good as Celine with the Titanic theme song then it will make Leona a Worldwide household name. She deserves it too.

Leona Lewis Assault Suspect Not Fit For Court

A man accused of assaulting pop star Leona Lewis is not fit to attend court, a judge has been told.

Peter Kowalczyk, 29, was charged with striking the singer during a book signing at Waterstone’s in Piccadilly, central London, on October 14.

Mr Kowalczyk, who did not appear on Monday, has been sectioned under the Mental Health Act and is being examined by psychiatrists, the court was told.

The City of Westminster Magistrates’ case was adjourned until November 23.

Mr Kowalczyk’s solicitor, Mark Fidler, said the results of psychiatric tests would dictate what approach is taken to the case.

The defendant, of Waterloo, south London, has unconditional bail but is unable to leave hospital under the terms of the Mental Health Act.

Lewis’s second album, Echo, is scheduled for release in November. She is due to play a gig in her native Hackney in east London on 2 November.

Leona Lewis Attacker Was a ‘Factor’ Reject

The crazed fan who slapped superstar singer Leona Lewis in the face during a book signing this week was actually a rejected contestant from the reality show ‘X Factor’ that launched her career.

The Sun is reporting that 29-year-old Peter Kowalczyk envied Lewis after she won the wildly popular show — Britain’s equivalent of ‘American Idol,’ — and that after he was rejected, he became bitter.

“He wants to be a singer,” his father told The Sun. “He went along and queued at X Factor. How far he got with it? Nowhere.”

To get his ill-conceived revenge, Kowalczyk waited on line for five hours to meet Lewis at her book signing, and once he got close enough to the ‘I Will Be’ songstress, he belted her with his right hand. Lewis was quickly rushed away from the scene in tears.

Kowalczyk was quickly arrested and has been charged with assault and was taken to a psychiatric hospital.

Neighbors of Kowalczyk said that he was a “very sick” loner, and that “his only visitors were his parents.”

Since the assault, Lewis has canceled an upcoming promotional tour in Germany. According to a Sun source, she is “petrified it could happen again. They could have a knife or acid next time.”

Like I said, if he’s very SICK all the more reason to thank God no gun or knife.

Video Footage Leona Lewis Attack

Police have arrested a man over an alleged assault on 2006 X Factor winner Leona Lewis at a book signing.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said police were called to Waterstones book store at Piccadilly, London, but Lewis did not need hospital treatment.

Lewis’s spokesman said the singer had been signing autographs for around 90 minutes when “a guy came up and punched her to the side of the head”.

The spokesman added that Lewis was “understandably badly shaken”.

In a statement, Waterstones said:

“There was an incident at our Leona Lewis signing this afternoon and the event was immediately stopped.

He walked up there with the book, she signed it and as she looked up he just punched her

“We are now doing everything we can to support the police in their enquiries.”

Lewis had been signing copies of her new autobiography, Dreams, which is due to be released next month.

One fan at the scene told the BBC

: “My brother saw the whole incident. He [the attacker] walked up there with the book, she signed it and, as she looked up, he just punched her.

“He [my brother] actually heard the impact.”

Another eyewitness added:

“She was running out with her hand over her eye and I just saw a man on the floor.

“Suddenly the security all jumped on him and they were trying to pull him out and he was just laughing, he thought it was funny.”

Lewis’s spokesman added:

“The police were called immediately and medical attention has been sought.

“Leona’s understandably badly shaken and apologises to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings for.”

This incident makes me sick. Here is a young artist taking time out of her life to meet fans and this is what happens. I wonder if Leona will be appearing at instores anymore after something like this. What’s next? Put the celebrity in a cage on stage and hand the item through the bars?

Thanks GOD he only punched her, as soon as I heard what happened thoughts of John Lennon came to mind. Surely this guy could have stabbed or shot her. Sick bastard!

Leona Lewis Shows Off First Tattoo

Singer Leona Lewis has rebelled against her squeaky clean image by getting her first tattoo.

The well-behaved Bleeding Love hitmaker has managed to keep out of the headlines for any reckless rock and roll behaviour since winning Simon Cowell’s U.K. TV talent show The X Factor in 2006.

But now the pop star is showing off a rock and roll streak after having a tattoo inked on the inside of her left wrist in tribute to her boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa.

Keeping coy about its significance,

Lewis says, “It’s incredibly private and something that we both had done. It’s Hebrew letters and I’m thrilled with it. I can’t reveal what it is. Some things need to remain private for me.”

The couple shares a residence in London, but Lewis is currently based in the U.S. as she works on her forthcoming album Happy.
