Lindsay Lohan Crashes Into Baby Carriage?

Here we go!!!

Brayan Jaime tells TMZ he was at Lindsay’s West Hollywood apartment yesterday — working his very first day on the job as a freelance paparazzo with another dude.

Jaime tells us he spotted Lindsay in her Maserati pulling out of her apartment building, then running a red light and making a left, right into the stroller.

Jaime says it was

“full impact … It was a major hit.”

Jaime tells us the bumper struck the nanny in the leg and hit the stroller

“in the middle, knocking 3 of the 4 wheels in the air.”

Jaime says the baby was crying. We asked Jaime about the video his friend shot seconds after the alleged incident — in which the nanny is strolling along, seemingly unaffected. He said,

“She was in shock and Hispanic so she was scared.”

No police report has been filed. As for why Jaime didn’t call the cops, he said,

“I should have. I’m not sure. I didn’t want to get involved.”

Who knows if this story is true but could be a case of an illegal alien nanny that doesn’t want to come forward.

God Help Lindsay Lohan – Father Moving To LA

Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael is determined to rebuild his shattered relationship with his actress daughter – he’s moving 2,400 miles to be closer to her.

Michael Lohan last month urged the troubled 24 year old to return to her native New York once she completed her court-ordered stint in rehab, insisting she can only put her problems behind her if she cuts herself off from Hollywood’s partying lifestyle.

The star appears to have shunned his advice by staying in California – so Michael has jetted to Los Angeles from his home in the Big Apple to look for a permanent residence.

He has contacted a real estate agent and is hunting for a property in the city so he can support his daughter as she attends therapy sessions, according to TMZ.com.

And Michael is adamant the pair’s relationship only fell apart because her mother, his ex-wife Dina, drove “wedges” between them.

He tells the website,

“If wedges hadn’t been put between us and people didn’t use children as pawns, a lot of the problems suffered by children wouldn’t happen.”

The actress recently blamed her father for causing her personal problems, telling Vanity Fair magazine, ”

I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”

Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail in July for breaching her probation relating to a 2007 DUI arrest, and was ordered to undergo 90 days in rehab after leaving prison.

She’s liable to head back to jail just to get away from this MORON. Don’t you get it Michael? She doesn’t want anything to do with you. She’s over 18, you have no say. If I were her I’d take out a restraining order on you for stalking.

Lohan Slams Hollywood ‘Sexism’

Lindsay Lohan is convinced sexism is rife in Hollywood because female stars who misbehave are shunned, while their male counterparts “keep their deals.”

The Mean Girls star has seen her career falter over the last few years as she was engulfed in a series of personal struggles, which culminated in a jail stint this summer for breaching her probation from a 2007 DUI arrest.

Lohan has struggled to land film roles during her troubled times, but she’s convinced that if she was male, she would have been able to keep on working despite her personal problems.

She tells Vanity Fair magazine,

“It’s not Ok. But they (men who misbehave) still keep their deals, they still keep their contracts, they still keep their roles, they still get their gigs.”

This girl is in so much denial it’s scary.

Lindsay Lohan Tells Vanity Fair: ‘I Want My Career Back’

Lindsay Lohan is determined to return to the top of the Hollywood A-List.

In an interview with Vanity Fair conducted prior to her incarceration, Lohan tells the magazine that she’s willing to do whatever it takes.

“I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It’s not fun anyway.”

“I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress. … And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible-but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes,”

she says.

The actress defends herself against rumors that claim she was an alcoholic.

“If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking-so that says something, because I was fine,”

she explains.

On her father:

“I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life.”

Her alleged drug use:

“I’ve never abused prescription drugs. I never have-never in my life. I have no desire to. That’s not who I am. I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done-to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it.”

A Day Out Of Rehab Lindsay Hits The Scene

Actress Lindsay Lohan made her way late last night out for dinner at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood, California.

Lindsay arrived at her favorite restaurant with a friend around 11pm where she stayed for a few hours leaving at around 1am in the morning on a wild and crazy car ride.

The actress took on the roll of designated driver but was not a safe DD according to photographers who followed her outrageous drive from Sunset Blvd to the Pacific Palisades.

Lindsay was reportedly driving at high speeds in her Maserati going about 120mph, even blowing through a stop sign. Finally the cops caught up to her but let her go – without a ticket!

Who the hell goes out late at night a day removed from rehab. It really shows she’s serious when she returns to her drug doing stomping grounds the Chateau Marmont known since the 80′s when Belushi OD’d there as a drug den. I thought for sure she wouldn’t be back this soon.

Lohan Offered $1 Million Radio Gig

Lindsay Lohan has been offered $1 million to hit the airwaves as a radio host in Long Island, New York.

Wpty Party 105.3 FM program director Matthew Goldapper has offered the actress the cash to present a new morning show with her mother Dina.

He says,

“She’s originally from Long Island so we thought, why not give the girl a job and get her life back on track? We’ve been in talks with Dina for a while, and right now, our lawyers are drafting up a proposal.”

Lohan was released from a court-imposed rehab facility on Tuesday following a jail spell for violating probation on a 2007 DUI.

Dina is a fame whore she wants to do it but everything always hinges on Lindsay.

Lohan Applies For Driving License

Lindsay Lohan wants to get back behind the wheel – she applied for a driving license a day after completing her sentence for a 2007 DUI arrest.

The Mean Girls actress was jailed last month for breaching her probation stemming from the incident.

Upon her release, after less than two weeks, she was ordered to spend 90 days in rehab at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles and on Tuesday she was discharged after just 23 days on the advice of her doctor.

Lohan was suspended from driving after her arrest but she visited a Department of Motor Vehicles (Dmv) office in California on Wednesday to fill out the necessary paperwork to get back on the road, according to OKmagazine.com.

A source tells the website,

“Lindsay went to the Dmv in Santa Monica today. You’re not allowed to drive if you are on probation for DUI, but she went to jail for ignoring her rules of probation on DUI, and she’s served her time so she can re-apply.

“She stopped at the Dmv in Santa Monica wearing the same outfit from this morning. I imagine that she’s filling out paperwork to get her licence back.”

Lindsay’s Day in Court — Don’t Leave Town

Actress Lindsay Lohan was in court today and listened as the judge outlined a plan for Lindsay’s extended outpatient rehabilitation — now that she’s been released from her 90-day sentence.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox, who replaced Judge Marsha Revel, ordered LiLo to undergo psychotherapy and addiction counseling sessions several times a week until November, and she must also submit to random drug and alcohol testing at least twice a week.

Judge Fox also ordered Lohan to live in Los Angeles, which puts a damper on her mother Dina’s plans to have the wayward actress live with her in New York.

The judge did give Lindsay a small break, dismissing two drug counts she had pleaded guilty to in 2007.

After the court appearance, Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, spoke on behalf of the actress, saying she doesn’t think the outpatient program is too strict and Lindsay will fully comply and that Lohan is just looking forward to moving on with her life.

LiLo will not be attending tonight’s L.A. premiere of her movie, “Machete.”

I love this, the girl does 33 days of a 180 day sentence and her asshole attorney thinks the probation terms are too harsh. She has her mother, father, lawyer, everyone saying they are picking on little Lindsay and all these enablers expect her to get better?

Also, the treat of returning to jail if she violates must weigh heavy on old Linds, I mean so what, she’ll go back for another 13 days in jail. Whoopee do. My Lindsay Lohan Death Watch has now been stepped up.
