Taylor Swift Finds Romance With Brit Actor
Filed under: Couples,Gomez TV,Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift has been gallivanting around Maine with British actor Toby Hemingway.
Sources said Swift has been spending time with the “Black Swan” star as she prepares for the release of her upcoming music video, “Mine,” on tonight’s live CMT special.
Insiders are buzzing that Hemingway, who romances Swift in the video, will also join her for the TV special. When we asked her rep if we should expect a real-life smooch, she said,
“We don’t comment on Taylor’s personal life.”
Perhaps they are just friends? One thing seems to be that Taylor doesn’t really get into serious romances.

Eminem Set To Lead U.S. Album Chart For Sixth Week
Filed under: Eminem,Music News,Taylor Swift

Eminem will probably lead the U.S. pop album chart for a sixth week when sales data are issued next Wednesday. None of this week’s new releases are expected to dethrone his two-million-seller “Recovery.”
The biggest new entry next week could be R&B singer Kem’s third effort, “Intimacy,” with sales in the 75,000-80,000 unit range by week’s end on Sunday, say industry gurus. His last album, 2006′s “Kem II,” started at No. 5 with 140,000 sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Other albums on the hunt for a possible top 10 debut include Ray LaMontagne’s “God Willin’ & the Creek Don’t Rise,” Iron Maiden’s “The Final Frontier,” Trace Adkins’ “Cowboy’s Back in Town,” John Mellencamp’s “No Better Than This” and David Gray’s “Foundling.” Both LaMontagne and Iron Maiden could shift perhaps around 60,000, according to prognosticators, while Adkins is aiming for a figure near 45,000.
If “Recovery” makes it a seventh week at No. 1, it will be the first album to do so since Taylor Swift’s “Fearless” strung together 11 nonconsecutive weeks in the penthouse in late 2007 and early 2008.

Demi Denies Joe Jonas Had Daddy Do The Deed
Filed under: Demi Lovato,Jonas Brothers,Split,Taylor Swift

Yesterday reports serviced that Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato had split which wasn’t the best part, it was the fact that Joe Jonas supposedly had his dad call Demi and do the deed.
Now if you recall, Taylor Swift has long maintained that when she and Joe split he did so through a 10 second phone call.
Lovato used her Twitter account comment on the reports.
“There are so many crazy rumors flying around today,” she writes. “I’d like to clear a few things up. First, Joe and I did split, but it wasn’t over the phone. Things didn’t work out but we’ll remain friends. Secondly, I am NOT dating anybody already. Nothing is more important to me than the relationship I have with my fans. Just thought you guys should know this.”

Lea Michele Apologises To Photographer

Glee star Lea Michele has apologized to a photographer after she rudely dismissed him at a gala on Tuesday.
Photographer Patrick McMullan asked the actress for her name after taking her picture at the Time 100 Gala – but the brunette is said to have responded by rolling her eyes and naming other celebrities at the event, including country star Taylor Swift and former U.S. vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
Now Michele is hoping to make amends with McMullan after reports of the incident began circulating.
In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, Michele writes,
“Big apology to PatrickMcMullan. Totally didn’t expect you (or anyone) Time 100 to know who I was w/ (with) all the amazing people there.
“(I) made a silly joke that didn’t go over, so sorry. It was such an incredible night and I was beyond honoured and thrilled to be there.”
Michele was one of 100 stars, including Swift, Lady Gaga, Sir Elton John and Robert Pattinson, who attended the dinner to celebrate America’s Time magazine editors naming them as the most influential people in the world.

Phil Collins and music producer Phil Ramone also will receive special awards at the event. Other inductees include Leonard Cohen, Jackie DeShannon, David Foster, Johnny Mandel, Philip Bailey, Verdine White, Larry Dunn, Al McKay and Earth, Wind & Fire’s Maurice White.

Taylor Swift Donates $500K to Nashville Flood Victims
Filed under: Celebs Do Good,Lady Antebellum,Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift — who moved to Nashville when she was 14 — is donating $500,000 to flood relief in the southern city.
“Being at home during the storm, I honestly could not believe what was happening to the city and the people I love so dearly,”
Swift, 20, told The Associated Press in an e-mail.
“Nashville is my home, and the reason why I get to do what I love. I have always been proud to be a Nashvillian, but especially now, seeing the love that runs through this city when there are people in crisis.”
Floors have killed 30 in three states, including 20 in Tennessee. Swift’s money will go to various relief organizations (cleanup and repair is expected to cost more than $1 billion).
A telethon — featuring Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley and Rodney Atkins — is slated for May 16. Pop singer Kei$ha, who hails from Nashville, also announced plans for a benefit concert.

LADY ANTEBELLUM

Paltrow Fell In Love With Nashville During Film Shoot
Filed under: Faith Hill,Gwyneth Paltrow,Nicole Kidman,Sheryl Crow,Taylor Swift

Gwyneth Paltrow has become an unofficial ambassador for country music capital Nashville, Tennessee – even though she doesn’t live there.
The actress recently spent time in the city shooting new movie Love Don’t Let Me Down with Tim McGraw and she can now understand why Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow, Taylor Swift, McGraw and Faith Hill and other top stars call the place home.
She has become the latest celebrity to fall for the charm of the city – and she’s cooing about it on her Goop.com website.
She writes,
“I just spent a few months living and working in Nashville, Tennessee which was an incredible experience. As I’m apt to do, I researched, ate, drank, tried, and asked my way around the city ’til I found the best spots it has to offer.
“Never have I met such warm people, heard such good music, eaten so much fried chicken… I could go on and on.
“It’s pretty easy to get to if you live in the good ol’ Us of A as it’s kind of smack dab in the middle (well, not really, but almost) and is so worth a trip. It’s pretty damn great.”
Paltrow, who is married to Coldplay star Chris Martin, then lists the bars, restaurants and cafes she visited while she was in Nashville.
