Sean Penn Charged With Paparazzi Beatdown

Actor Sean Penn has been charged with criminal battery and vandalism following a violent run-in with a paparazzo.

Penn was captured on video attacking the unnamed photographer, who was following him in Brentwood, California last October.

During the scuffle, the snapper’s camera was damaged.

Penn was officially charged with the two misdemeanor counts on Friday. He faces 18 months behind bars if convicted.

The actor will be arraigned in Los Angeles County Superior Court on 22 March.

It’s not the first time Penn has been reprimanded for his violent outbursts – the 49-year-old Oscar winner was sentenced to 60 days in jail for punching a movie extra on the set of the police drama Colors in 1987. He was on probation at the time for punching a songwriter at a Los Angeles club.

Lock up this TOOL! He’s been laying hands on people for too long.

Tila Tequila Rushed To Hospital After Denting Head

You know Tila is so attention crazed at this point she is making up all kinds of crazy shit to get attention and I’m wondering if it won’t escalate to her doing something really bad and or harmful to herself.

She is nuts and needs psychiatric help ASAP!

Her latest:

She was rushed to the hospital Friday night so hurt she could still provide a play-by-play on Twitter.

The reality star, who claims to be pregnant, wrote on Twitter,

“I slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. There’s a dent in it now!”

She then compared herself to Natasha Richardson, who died last March from a brain hemorrhage after falling while skiing.

“I should call the ambulance just in case? like that one actress that died cuz she hit her head & thought she was ok but died later..pray 4 me,” she wrote.

A few minutes later:

“Ambulance on the way to my house. I could have a brain concussion and die in a few hours.”

But it ended up not being too serious.

Wrote her agent later Friday

, “Tila suffered a concussion and wouldn’t [sic] be able to tweet any further updates. Tila was released from the hospital and returned home last night.”

Is this some of the funniest shit or what?

Mel Gibson Calls TV Presenter Names

Mel Gibson has been caught name calling again – and this time it aired on TV.

The movie star had an uncomfortable satellite interview with U.S. TV presenter Dean Richards on Friday and signed off by calling the host an “a**hole”.

The Wgn-tv personality pressed Gibson, who was promoting new film The Edge of Darkness, on his past indiscretions, asking the Aussie if he thought the public’s perception of him had changed following his 2006 drink driving arrest, in which the actor spewed anti-Semitic insults at a police officer and was publicly shamed.

A visibly annoyed Gibson replied, “That’s almost four years ago, dude. I’ve moved on, I guess you haven’t… I’ve done all the necessary mea culpas, so let’s move on, dude. Come on.”

Richards then concluded the interview, urging film fans to see Gibson’s new film.

The actor said, “Bye bye,” took a swig of coffee and then called the TV host an “a**hole”, thinking he was no longer live and the interview was over.

The TV encounter has been picked up and aired on TMZ.com.

Taylor Momsen 16 Slammed For Smoking

Taylor Momsen, 16, was spotted huffing away on a cigarette on the New York City set of Gossip Girl Wednesday — much to the chagrin of an anti-smoking activist.

“She really has an extra responsibility to bear as an actress idolized by little girls out there,”

Patrick Reynolds, the director of the Foundation for a Smoke-Free America, tells UsMagazine.com.

“For her to be smoking sends the wrong message to kids. Evidence shows that stars do influence kids to smoke.”

Not that Momsen thinks too much about what her young fans may think of her.

When asked about being a role model, she said,

“To be honest, I don’t f–king care. I didn’t get into this to be a role model. So I’m sorry if I’m influencing your kids in a way that you don’t like, but I can’t be responsible for their actions. I don’t care.

“Honestly, if I’d have ended up as Hannah Montana, I don’t know if the show would have gone as well. I probably would have told them all to go f–k themselves by the time I hit 11. And I don’t know how that would have gone down. It’s great for Miley, but I really like where I am right now and I feel really fortunate to be able to really be myself,”

she added.

This young snot nose is a real bitch. I see a big future for her in the entertainment business with that attitude. Someone needs to slap that bitch in the face. Tool!

Michael Lohan Arrested Yet Again

Lindsay Lohan’s dad Michael has been arrested for criminal contempt after allegedly violating a restraining order his ex-girlfriend filed against him.

Lohan has reportedly been trying to contact Erin Muller, and allegedly called her work phone last Thursday – a direct violation of the ban his former fiancee has against him.

Lohan was taken in by Nassau County Police in New York on Thursday.

Joan Eames, Public Information officer at Nassau County Police Department, confirmed Lohan’s arrest, telling RadarOnline.com he was detained for “criminal contempt of his Order of Protection”.

Lohan has denied the charges against him, accusing Muller of lying about the phone call.

He tells the website,

“Erin lied and pressed charges. She is being arrested again in NY City and Nassau County 2nd Precinct. Erin said I called her but she lied because she heard I was in Costa Rica instead. I have proof and she doesn’t. Her lawyer asked for money to drop the charges. How is it that I have proof and she doesn’t?”

He is due in court over the matter on 25 February.

Lohan was previously accused of breaking the terms of his restraining order by contacting Muller in November. Meanwhile, Lohan accused Muller of kicking him in the head during a heated argument later that month, but the case was dismissed earlier this month.

It’s like Groundhog Day with this dude. Same shit, he gets arrested and issues denials. When they going to lock this mess away for awhile?

Paltrow And Martin Upsets Neighbors With Wall Plans

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have sparked complaints from neighbors over plans to put up a metal wall around their London home.

The stars are seeking government permission to replace a wooden fence with a 10-foot (3-metre) barrier to separate their garden from those of their neighbors.

Paltrow and Martin allege they need to erect the wall for security reasons – but their neighbors in the British capital’s Belsize Park area have complained about the plans.

One unidentified resident tells Britain’s Sunday Telegraph, “It’s rather over the top. Who cares who he (Martin) is. You can’t get round the sides of the houses and into the gardens anyway. Other houses in the street are as much at risk of opportunist burglaries. We don’t ask for huge fences between our homes.”

Neighbors are right. If you want a walled property move out to the Country not center city London. This Martin, once a tool always a tool.

Kate Gosselin Hates Her $7,000 Hair Extensions!

Kate Gosselin, 34, marked the new year by trading in her signature spiky bob for long, blonde locks in a process that took 20 hours of work and would normally cost $7,000.

Just one problem: “She hates it!” a source says.

“She thinks her hair looks over­processed and damaged,” adds the insider. “She’s afraid people will think she’s one of Tiger Woods’ bimbos!” (In an online video posted Jan. 10, Gosselin looks in the mirror and says, “Oh, Lord have mercy… it’s weird.)

Also not fans? Twins Cara and Mady, 9, who shrieked “Eww!” when they saw their made-over mom.

“They started laughing,” says the source. “Kate ended up in her room crying.”

But not all hope is lost. On Jan. 8, Gosselin had a stylist visit her Pennsylvania home to coach her on how to care for her new look.

“Kate has been trying different things, from headbands to ponytails to a Farrah Fawcett–style ‘do. She’s just not sure what she wants.”

Jon Gosselin Has a New Girlfriend for the New Year?

Now that Hailey Glassman has packed up and moved out of Jon Gosselin’s apartment/life, the father of eight is rumored to be courting a new woman. According to a new report by Hollywood Life, Jon is dating a 23-year-old named Morgan, whom he met while vacationing in Park City, Utah last month.

“Morgan is really nice,” the source says. “She’s pretty average looking – short, dark-brown hair, average build. Nothing special physically, but she’s a sweetheart – and comes from a wealthy family.”

The source continued that Jon met Morgan while he was still with Hailey, which could be a possible cause for their split.

According to reports, Morgan followed Jon back to New York and on Dec. 29 the two partied at the popular nightclub Tenjune.

This guy is becoming a major tool.
